iPhone & iPad

Takes 30 seconds. Uses Apple's built-in Shortcuts app.

  1. 1Open the Shortcuts app (pre-installed on iOS). Tap + top-right to create a new shortcut.
  2. 2Search for "URL", add the URL action, and type: https://readlis.app/?url=
  3. 3Tap the URL text, then tap the variable bar above the keyboard → Shortcut Input. It'll append the shared link automatically.
  4. 4Search for "Open URLs" and add it below.
  5. 5Tap the (i) at the bottom → Show in Share Sheet. Accept Types → URLs only. Name it "Summarize with Readlis". Done.
✨ Now in any app: tap Share → scroll to Summarize with Readlis → opens straight into a fresh summary.

Android

Even simpler — Readlis registers as a native share target.

  1. 1Open readlis.app in Chrome → menu → Install app (or "Add to Home screen").
  2. 2That's it. In any app, tap Share → Readlis will appear in the list.

Desktop bookmarklet

One-click summarize from any browser tab.
